My Story

Mercy Besada Velázquez was born in Cuba, grew up amid the Revolution, then emigrated with her family to Spain and later to Puerto Rico, where she completed her studies at the University of Puerto Rico. From an early age, she stood out as a skilled narrator and speaker. Her journey took her to Los Angeles, California, where she built a successful business career and cultivated a deep commitment to community service. Now in Florida, she dedicates herself fully to literature and philanthropy.
